Data Sovereignty & NDA Safeguard: Specora enforces application-level multi-tenant isolation. Customer specifications, OAGIS schemas, and architectural payloads are strictly siloed per organization and are never shared or used to train public foundational models.

1. Terms of Service

1.1 Scope & Parties

Specora (“Service”) is operated by Bizzteq (“Provider”, “we”). The platform facilitates structured specification authoring, peer review, client document exports, and tenant-isolated semantic retrieval for enterprise ERP consulting practices.

1.2 Intellectual Property & Deliverables

You retain exclusive ownership of all specification drafts, ERP schemas, BOD payloads, database designs, and custom brand assets submitted to the Service.
Provider claims no intellectual property rights over work products generated through the platform.
Your client-facing Word (.docx) and PDF exports belong solely to your organization and its respective end-clients.

1.3 Tenant Governance & Administration

Organization Administrators are responsible for managing internal user invitations, assigning Author/Reviewer/Approver roles, and designating client brand profiles.

2. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

2.1 Data Processing Roles

For direct account management and subscription billing records, Bizzteq acts as a Data Controller. For customer design specifications and technical context uploaded by delivery pods, the customer acts as the Data Controller and Bizzteq acts as a Data Processor under GDPR.

2.2 Infrastructure & Sovereignty

Specora is hosted on sovereign cloud infrastructure located within the European Economic Area (EEA). All transmission is enforced via TLS 1.3 encryption, and database tables are encrypted at rest using AES-256.

3. AI Governance & RAG Policies

Tenant Isolation: Spec Assistant indexes documents exclusively within your organization's partition. Cross-tenant leakage is strictly prevented at the vector space level.
Zero Foundational Training: Customer specification data is never retained, indexed, or used to fine-tune third-party foundational models.
Local Execution Option: Organizations can operate using sovereign local embeddings (MiniLM) to adhere to strict defense, banking, or enterprise non-disclosure contracts.
Cost Predictability: Model compute fees are calculated transparently with visible markups prior to user execution.
